There are pockets of flood free
zones in Quezon City that has withstood torrential rains brought by typhoons
such as Ondoy and Glenda. It is a prerequisite for us here at Rent to Own.ph to look for areas that

above sea level, Cubao remains relatively unscathed from flooding. Quick access
to Cubao CBD, with its restaurants, entertainment gateways, shopping malls,
hospitals, and schools make this area a very ideal neighborhood.
