The building is set in the steep terrain on the outskirts
Czernin, from which incorporates into its depths the same slope floors. The
interior arrangement is based on the alternation of flat and sloping floor,
giving the checksum character Worm inside and also define the appearance of the
building.

Windows and openings are distributed with respect to the
exterior facade of the building – every wall has only one hole.
As insulation, polyurethane insulation is used.
